Website Speelhuis.nl

Speelhuis.nl is a website for a company that builds playhouses for in class-rooms. These are mostly placed in primary schools but sometimes also in shopping centres for the kids to play in and extend the available space. Inspired by classic Dutch houses and castles these playfull mezzanines are very popular with the teachers and the kids.

I got to design and develop the new website and I wanted to make its unique design an integral part of the site. I created an SVG-based playhouse header, that scales down with screen-sizes and allows for a fully responsive website. The website is based on the Processwire CMS which was easily understandable for the customer as well. Pages are build per section and the editor can choose between different templates for text and image layout.
